In 1992 the tribe was established as the Federated Coast Miwok; then upon restoration,
renamed the ederated Indians of Graton Rancheria. The tribe consists of both and people. Our
tribal ancestors existed for thousands of years before us with territorial lands which include all of
Marin and southern Sonoma counties.

United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) employs 17,000 people across the country,
including our headquarters offices in Washington, DC, 10 regional offices, and more than a dozen labs.
Our staff are highly educated and technically trained; more than half are engineers, scientists, and
policy analysts. In addition, a large number of employees are legal, public affairs, financial, information
management and computer specialists. EPA is led by the Administrator, who is appointed by the
President of the United States.

The Occidental Arts and Ecology Center (OAEC) is a nonprofit organizing and education center and
organic farm in Northern California’s Sonoma County.

The acquisition of Tolay Lake Ranch establishes a long-waited regional park in the southern portion of
Sonoma County, easily accessible to northern Marin, southern Napa, and Solano Counties. There are
opportunities to establish multi-use trails for cycling, hiking and equestrian use. The site also offers
opportunities for bird-watching, picnicking, and interpretation of natural and cultural resources.

Founded in 1989, the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation's mission is to preserve, restore and enhance the
Laguna de Santa Rosa, and to inspire greater public understanding and appreciation of this magnificent
